We’re doing fine without a program
You might presently have a great maintenance program, but predictive maintenance will save you money. No longer will you be guessing which machines have, or might have issues; you will receive a detailed report revealing the nature and severity of any problems. With a program in place, severity of the problem(s) can be trended to determine progression – subjective guessing is eliminated. We also provide a recommended corrective action in the report. Predictive Maintenance allows you to look inside your machinery and “see” the problem before it becomes catastrophic. If you’re not convinced, give it a try for a year and evaluate the effectiveness.
